International orders 
Please note we cannot be held responsible for any import taxes or duties levied by authorities in the destination country. If you have any queries as regards duty on imports we suggest you contact your local customs office.

ALL ORDERS are processed and dispatched 1-7 working days after payment is made. Orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class, if you require a different postal service or youhave an issue with your order please contact us and we can see what can be arranged.

Where there is a delay in the supply of goods we will advise you as soon as practicable, we will notify you of the delay and you may either cancel your order or agree a further delivery time with us.

Please inform us via email of any damages to goods within 24hrs and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

In compliance with Distance Selling Regulations 2000, refunds are given if an order is cancelled within 7 days (day one starting from receipt of purchases). Please contact us in writing (via an email or letter) prior to returning purchases. All goods must arrive in a saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging with a copy of the delivery note enclosed. The cost of returning the goods back to us will be borne by you. Items that have been opened or used will not be accepted for a refund. Refunds for the cost of goods will be provided within 30 days.
